Coventry First L.L.C. is paying to fly all 175 employees, plus spouses and family members, to a resort in the Caribbean for a 4-day vacation.

Coventry, Fort Washington, Pa., a life settlement provider, says it is sponsoring the trip to thank employees for helping the company meet its goals for the fourth consecutive year.
