Founders of Life-Exchange Inc. say they are setting up an electronic, business-to-business trading system for buyers and sellers of in-force life insurance policies.

Nicole Whitehead, president of Life-Exchange Inc., Miami Beach, Fla., says the new real-time life settlement auction system will offer “neutrality, transparency and efficiency” as well as systems that market participants can use to share documentation.
