A large health insurer is giving a top executive more to do.
The insurer, WellPoint Inc., Indianapolis, has put Wayne DeVeydt in charge of investor relations.

DeVeydt has been WellPoint's chief accounting officer since 2005, and he will continue to be responsible for managing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting functions and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Tami Durke, who has been vice president of investor relations at WellPoint since 2001, is leaving to pursue other opportunities, according to WellPoint.
