Premier Information Management Inc. has introduced the PiImageX software tool.
The tool, part of a PiSuite application package, can help insurers and other financial services companies image documents, such as attending physician statements and paramedical examinations, and e-mail the images to the appropriate personnel in an efficient manner, according to Premier, Phoenix, Ariz.
The PiImageX system can send file images in many different formats to recipients using many different types of computer systems at the same time, Premier says.
