Matthew Lentz, who had worked on the Fidelity International Real Estate Fund (FIREX) as an analyst, has taken over as manager of the portfolio.
Lentz succeeded Steven Buller, who continues to oversee the Fidelity Real Estate Investment Fund (FRESX). Lentz, who joined Fidelity as a real estate investment trust analyst in 2002, had worked with Buller on the international fund since it was launched last September, Fidelity said.
The management change became effective January 1, Fidelity said on its Web site.
