Mercer Exec To Lead ISCEBS

The International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists says Rick Storms will be its president this year.

Storms is a vice president in the Minneapolis office of Mercer Health and Benefits, according to the ISCEBS, Brookfield, Wis., a major benefits manager professional organization.
