A New England insurer is strengthening its compliance team.
The insurer, Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Simsbury, Conn., has hired Medina Jett to be chief compliance officer for its group benefits division.
Jett previously was chief compliance officer for the retirement business at Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J.
Jett has a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a law degree from Georgetown University.
