Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. has hired Jay Menario to be the chief marketing officer at its group benefits division.[@@]
Menario previously was a senior vice president and chief marketing officer at the group insurance unit at CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, according to Hartford Financial, Simsbury, Conn.
Menario has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter professional designation.
