William McCallum is retiring as president of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company at the end of the year.[@@]
McCallum, who will become vice chairman of the board at Great-West, Winnipeg, has worked for the company for 41 years.
Great-West is a unit of Power Corp. of Canada, Montreal.
In related news, Raymond McFeetors will succeed McCallum as president. He will be keeping his positions as the head of several other Great-West units, such as Great-Life Assurance Company, Great-West says.
Great-West also is promoting William Acton to president for Europe, from executive vice president for Europe, and it is promoting Denis Devos to president for Canada, from executive vice president for individual insurance and investment products.
