A California financial services company is promoting 2 insurance subsidiary executives.[@@]
The company, Greater Bay Bancorp, East Palo Alto, Calif., has named Frederick de Grosz, president of its ABD Insurance and Financial Services unit, co-chairman of ABD.
The company also has promoted Dan Francis to be president of ABD.
Francis has been chief operating officer of ABD since 2004. He joined the company in 1997, when ABD acquired his previous employer.
Francis has a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
