Coventry First L.L.C. has agreed to use iPipeline to put information about the “secondary market,” or resale market, for life insurance policies on the Web sites of general agents.[@@]

The content will include forms and training materials, and the arrangement will help general agents submit policies for non-binding appraisals, according to Internet Pipeline Inc., Exton, Pa., the company that runs the iPipeline Web service.

“Our general agent customers have been requesting Coventry First’s information be added to iPipeline’s tools on their Web sites, to expose the secondary market to their agents and to make it easier to do business,” iPipeline President Larry Berran says in a statement about his company’s new relationship with Coventry.
