CIGNA HealthCare is updating the management lineup at its national accounts team.[@@]

CIGNA HealthCare, Bloomfield, Conn., a unit of CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, has hired Gary Earl to lead customer relationship strategy at its national accounts program. Earl, who had previously worked for CIGNA, most recently was corporate vice president of benefits at Caesars Entertainment Inc., Las Vegas.

CIGNA also promoted Mary Wilkins to senior vice president and head of sales and account management for national accounts.

The company broadened the responsibilities of Ken Sperling, head of sales performance and growth strategy.
