Fiserv Inc. says 2 top executives are leaving.[@@]

Fiserv, Brookfield, Wis., a major financial services technology company, says Leslie Muma will be retiring as president Dec. 1.

Muma has been the president of Fiserv since he helped to found the company in 1984. Fiserv says he will be staying with the company as a consultant until June 30, 2006.

A second Fiserv executive, Kenneth Jensen, the company’s chief financial officer, plans to retire June 30, 2006, Fiserv says.

Fiserv has not named Jensen’s successor. It says it has hired Jeffrey Yabuki, the chief operating officer at H&R Block Inc., Kansas City, Mo., to take over as president.
