SHPS Inc. is hoping a new software system will help it reduce the average processing time for health reimbursement arrangement claim forms to less than 4 days.[@@]
SHPS, Louisville, Ky., will be using the Fair Isaac Blaze Advisor system from Fair Isaac Corp., Minneapolis, to make sure that HRA claims meet complicated federal HRA claim requirements, according to Fair Isaac.
In addition to using the Fair Isaac system to process claim forms, SHPS will be using the system to try to increase automatic approval rates for HRA transactions made with debit cards.
