Rau To Lead 401kLoans

The developer of a Web-based retirement plan loan administration system has replaced its top executive.[@@]

The company, 401kLoans L.L.C., St. Cloud, Minn., says Chuck Rau will succeed Scott Warzecha as chief executive officer.

Warzecha will become the company’s chief information officer, 401kLoans says.

Rau previously was vice president of retirement plan services at Bankers Systems Inc., St. Cloud.
