Wm. Page & Associates Inc. says it has negotiated an exclusive deal to sell life insurance policies to a European life settlement fund.[@@]

Transparent Life Plus I GmbH. & Company K.G., Frankfurt, plans to raise $20 million in capital from investors who want to participate in the U.S. life settlement market, according to Wm. Page, Atlanta.

Transparent Life is the first European life settlement fund organized to reflect changes in the German tax rules governing investments in life insurance policies, according to Wm. Page.

Wm. Page’s Lifeline Program will be the only company to supply U.S. life policies to the fund, Wm. Page says.
