Enterprise Financial Services Corp. has acquired the Millennium Brokerage Group.[@@]
Enterprise Financial, St. Louis, is the parent company of Enterprise Bank & Trust.
Millennium, Nashville, Tenn., is a life insurance advisory and brokerage company with 13 offices supporting operations in 49 states.
Bill Zelenik, Millennium’s founder and chief executive, will continue to be the chief executive of Millennium.
Kevin Eichner, president of Enterprise Financial, says he expects Millennium to help Enterprise Bank build its wealth management business.
Millennium, founded in 1999, operates life insurance consulting and brokerage operations serving life agents, banks, accounting firms, property-casualty groups and financial advisors.
