The insurance unit at Conseco Inc., Carmel, Ind., has hired Edward Mackenzie to be vice president of policyholder services.[@@]
Mackenzie has been vice president of business process outsourcing at McCamish Systems L.L.C., Atlanta.
Mackenzie has a bachelor's degree in commerce from Queens University in Ontario. He holds the Charter Life Underwriter professional designation. He also is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and an Associate of Life and Health Claims.
