Rumson Capital L.P. has started using the OptimumLife system for estimating the value of life insurance policies.[@@]
Brokers may be able to use the valuation system to help clients sell policies, to get financing to keep policies in force, or for other purposes, according to Rumson, Jenkintown, Pa.
The pricing tool incorporates factors such as mortality assumptions, economic assumptions, regulatory constraints and current market activity, Rumson says.
