Watson Wyatt Worldwide has acquired Davis, Conder, Enderle & Sloan.[@@]

Watson Wyatt, Washington, a large consulting firm, is not saying how much it is paying for Davis, Conder, Chicago.

Davis, Conder is a 13-year-old actuarial consulting firm that has 17 actuaries and 12 other retirement consultants on its staff.

The Davis, Conder consultants will go to work for the Watson Wyatt office in Chicago, Watson Wyatt says.

One Davis, Conder founder has retired, but the other 3 == David Conder, Gordon Enderle and Matt Sloan == will be part of the migration to Watson Wyatt, Watson Wyatt says.
