Great-West Healthcare is updating its wellness program.[@@]
Great-West, Greenwood Village, Colo., says the new program will combine use of Web-based personal health assessments with personal health coaching for plan members who appear to be at risk for developing health problems.
The coaches will communicate with plan members through the telephone and through electronic mail, according to Great-West, a managed care unit of Power Corp. of Canada, Montreal.
