Health Care Services Corp. has hired 2 executives for senior positions at its ancillary benefits units.[@@]
Health Care Services, Chicago, the parent of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, has named Victoria Fimea to be general counsel for the company’s Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company subsidiary and Steve Klister to be president of the Dental Network of America subsidiary.
Fimea previously was senior counsel for litigation at the American Council of Life Insurers, Washington. She has a master’s degree and a law degree from American University in Washington.
Klister has been the dental program director for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Tenn. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Illinois State University.
