Care Choices has introduced 12 high-deductible health maintenance organization plans designed for use with health savings accounts.[@@]

Care Choices, a unit of Trinity Health, Novi, Mich., is getting account services for the HSA program from Mellon Financial Corp., Pittsburgh, and technology services from Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas.
