Aon, Chicago, has hired Henry Van Dellen to be a senior vice president and health and welfare practice leader for its Aon Consulting office in Minneapolis.
Van Dellen previously was an employee benefits practice leader in a U.S. office of Willis Group Ltd., London. Van Dellen also has served for 8 years in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Aon's Aon Healthcare unit has hired Kymberlee Keefe and Roger Francoline.
Keefe will be a senior vice president and national practice leader for long term care. Keefe has worked for senior health care administration firms.
Francoline will be a senior vice president of product development. He previously was senior vice president of HealthMarket Inc., Norwalk, Conn.
