The Uniformed Services Benefit Association has hired retired Col. Robin Snyder to be its chief financial officer.[@@]
USBA, Overland Park, Kan., is a nonprofit group that provides group life insurance and other financial services products for about 200,000 military personnel, military retirees, veterans, federal civilian employees and members of the Guard and Reserve.
Snyder previously was deputy director for capability development at the U.S. Strategic Command at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.
Snyder handled budgeting and purchasing as well as other aspects of efforts to provide warfighter support, USBA says.
