Hall To Oversee Troubled Empire State Insurers

Jody Hall is now a special deputy superintendent at the New York Liquidation Bureau.[@@]

Hall, who also will be the bureau’s chief executive officer, will oversee the process of rehabilitating and liquidating troubled insurance companies.

Hall succeeds James O’Connor, who has left to take another job.

Hall has been the liquidation bureau’s chief operating officer since 2002.

She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. John’s University and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia.
