Arthur J. Gallagher & Company says it has acquired Corporate Life Consultants Inc. for a price that was not disclosed.[@@]
Corporate Life Consultants, Ambler, Pa., advises companies with at least 1,000 employees on life insurance and long-term disability plans.
The firm will continue to operate in its current location under the direction of founders Paul Connolly and Jeff Jones, according to Gallagher, Itasca, Ill.
