McAndrew To Be Torchmark CEO

Torchmark Corp. has named Mark McAndrew chief executive officer.[@@]

C.B. Hudson, who has been both chairman and CEO at Torchmark, Birmingham, will continue to be chairman.

McAndrew has been Torchmark’s chairman of insurance operations since 2003. He began working for Torchmark subsidiary, Globe Life, in 1980.

McAndrew has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri.
