Professional Employer Organization Chooses CIGNA

SCI Companies has agreed to buy health coverage from CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia.[@@]

SCI, Tampa, Fla., supplies workers for about 600 employers.

SCI will be relying on the benefits unit of Jefferson-Pilot Corp., Greensboro, N.C., to supply voluntary benefits, including short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance and supplemental life insurance, SCI says.
