Yankelovich Inc. has introduced a scoring tool that can help insurers identify good prospects in its database of consumers names.[@@]

Yankelovich, Chapel Hill, N.C., says its new Attitudes in Action tool can identify individuals who may be good prospects for specific types of products because they hold particular views about matters such as customer service, trust and privacy.

The Yankelovich database includes a total of 230 million consumer names.
