Celtic Insurance Company has picked Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas, to handle support services for its individual health insurance plans.[@@]
Celtic, Chicago, will rely on Affiliated to handle customer service, adjudicate claims, pay claims, enroll and bill members, and help with underwriting, Affiliated says.
Affiliated is not discussing the value of the deal, but the firm says it will be serving Celtic from offices in Indianapolis.
