Highmark Inc. is offering a new wellness program to group preferred provider organization customers with at least 50 employees.[@@]

Highmark, Pittsburgh, says the new Highmark Lifestyle Returns program will combine wellness surveys, individual health improvement action plans, and incentives for employees who participate in health improvement and health education programs.

Incentives can include reductions in employee contributions for health coverage and increases in benefits, Highmark says.

Highmark provides or administers health coverage for 3.1 million people.
