American Community Mutual Insurance Company has hired L. Craig Shelley to be the senior vice president in charge of its consumer choice division.[@@]
American Community, Livonia, Mich., the oldest health insurer in Michigan, says the division will develop high-deductible health insurance policies that are compatible with the new health savings accounts.
Shelley previously was vice president of sales and marketing at HealthEquity Inc., Tucson, Ariz., an HSA administration firm.
Shelley has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in business from the American Graduate School of International Business.
