Note to Editor/Designer: for each of the 7 factors, I have offered 2 statements, one positive (in green) and one negative (in red). My intent is to show that a factor, confidence for example, if low, has a positive and a negative impact on interpersonal interactions. The same is true if one is overconfident, that is, there is a positive spin one can put on being over confident, but also a negative spin. I have done this for each of the BIG 7 factors. Please call me if this is not clear. Thanks, Cam Anderson (519) 591-0524
