Roday, general counsel at Genworth Financial Inc., will succeed Eugene Choate as chairman of the life insurance industry ethics group in October, IMSA says.
Choate is president of Bankers Fidelity Life Insurance Company, Atlanta.
Roday recently delivered a speech at IMSA's annual compliance workshop about the importance of insurance industry professionals making compliance central to life insurance company operations.
