American Express Financial Advisors has come up with a new approach for helping employers review their retirement plans.[@@]

The company’s retirement services unit will be using a 3-stage “BluePrint” process to review plan demographics and performance, come up with a set of general goals, and develop specific recommendations about products and services that might help an employer meet the goals, according to AEFA, Minneapolis.

AEFA is an affiliate of American Express Company, New York.
