Rocky Mountain Health Plans has agreed to spend $16 million over 5 years on an outsourcing arrangement with First Consulting Group Inc.[@@]
First Consulting, Long Beach, Calif., will run Rocky Mountain’s data center, data networks, telephone systems, help desk and other information technology operations, First Consulting says.
The deal also calls for Rocky Mountain to use First Consulting’s FirstPAS claim-processing system.
Rocky Mountain, Grand Junction, Colo., provides or administers health coverage for 120,000 people.
