Kaplan Professional, Chicago, has completed a previously announced deal to acquire an educational services business from BISYS Group Inc., New York.[@@]
Kaplan, a unit of the Washington Post Company, Washington, sells licensing and continuing education courses. Kaplan says it will be putting the old BISYS educational services business in its Dearborn financial services training and compliance division.
