Total Administrative Services Corp. is promoting Tom Pugliano to eastern regional sales manager.[@@]

The Madison, Wis., benefits administrator says it has put Pugliano in charge of recruiting 6 regional sales directors for jobs along the East Coast.

TASC focuses on running benefit plans for sole proprietors, family owners and owners of small businesses.
