N.Y. Life Names Legal, Administrative Exec

New York Life Insurance Company has appointed Sheila Kearney Davidson to be executive vice president in charge of law and corporate administration.[@@]

Davidson will be responsible for the offices of the general counsel, corporate secretary, and governmental affairs as well as human resources, corporate communications, corporate services and employees’ health.

Davidson was previously senior vice president and general counsel at New York Life.
