Conseco Appoints New Insurance CFO

Conseco Inc., Carmel, Ind., has promoted David J. Barra to chief financial officer of its Conseco Insurance unit.[@@]

Barra has been with Conseco since 1990. Most recently, he was CFO of Conseco Retirement Services.
