Promotions: Conseco, Baltimore Life

- Conseco Inc. has elevated a technology specialist and an in-house lawyer.[@@]

Conseco has promoted Barry Staldine to vice president of information technology at Conseco Insurance and Matthew Zimpfer to senior vice president and associate general counsel at the Conseco insurance companies.

Staldine, previously a second vice president for health system simplification, has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree in business from Anderson University. He holds the Certified Public Accountant professional designation.

Zimpfer has been a vice president and associate general counsel at Conseco.

Zimpfer has a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Butler University and a law degree from Indiana University

- Baltimore Life Insurance Company, Owings Mills, Md., has promoted Garry Voith to assistant vice president and director of distribution technology and market development. Voith has a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter professional designation.
