A Brentwood, Tenn., benefits broker hopes to persuade at least 12,000 employers to join a new annual benefits survey program.[@@]

The broker, Corporate Benefit Services L.L.C., says it hopes to organize one survey series that will focus on medical plans and a second survey that will deal with a wide range of benefits topics.

United Benefit Advisors, Indianapolis, a benefit advisor firm, and Ingenix, Salt Lake City, a health information unit of UnitedHealth Group Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., are helping Corporate Benefit conduct the surveys.
