AXA Distributors, New York, has named Richard Whitbeck national sales manager of its new life sales division.[@@]
AXA Distributors is an arm of AXA Financial, New York, which, in turn is an affiliate of AXA S.A., Paris.
Whitbeck, previously vice president of sales and marketing at MONY Partners, New York, will be in charge of sales and sales support for the distribution of AXA Equitable and MONY life products to brokerage firms and broker general agents.
Whitbeck has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant professional designations.
AXA acquired MONY Group Inc., New York, the parent of MONY Partners, in July 2004.
