A big Chicago broker has a new top executive.[@@]
The broker, Aon Corp., says Gregory Case will be the company’s new president and chief executive officer.
Case succeeds Patrick Ryan, Aon’s founding CEO, who will be giving away the CEO title but keeping the title of chairman.
Aon agreed in March to pay $190 million to settle a bid-rigging probe in New York, Illinois and Connecticut.
Case previously worked in Chicago as head of the financial services practice at McKinsey & Company, the strategic management consulting firm. Case also has worked in McKinsey’s insurance consulting practice.
