A large Springfield, Mass., life insurer has developed a new seminar to help its agents do a better job of serving clients.[@@]

The insurer, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, says it will kick off the new Life Academy program by holding 3-day seminars in Baltimore; Chicago; Dallas; Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Hartford; and Los Angeles.

MassMutual is expecting the 6 initial seminars to attract about 900 MassMutual agents.
