Nebraska Insurer Expands AD&D Options

Mutual of Omaha has introduced 13 optional accidental death and dismemberment features for group benefits customers.[@@]

The Omaha, Neb., insurer says the additions include spouse education benefits, child education benefits and other benefits aimed at workers with families; repatriation benefits and other benefits aimed at workers who travel; and home modification benefits and other benefits aimed at workers who want to protect themselves against the risk of suffering catastrophic illnesses or injuries.

Mutual of Omaha is offering the new AD&D features for sponsors of voluntary term life programs as well as sponsors of basic life programs.
