The National Underwriter Company has entered into an exclusive agreement with WFG Capital Advisors L.P. for publication and distribution of WFG’s mergers and acquisitions publications.[@@]
The agreement will include WFG’s annual M&A Sourcebook, monthly M&A updates and other publications.
Collectively, the WFG publications constitute the definitive mergers and acquisitions resource for the insurance industry.
