Nationwide Financial Introduces VUL Policy

A Columbus, Ohio, insurer has released a new version of one of its flexible-premium variable universal life products.[@@]

The insurer, Nationwide Financial Services Inc., has introduced The Best of America Next Generation II flexible-premium variable universal life policy. The new policy replaces Nationwide’s Best of America Next Generation FPVUL policy.

Features of the new policy include a long term care rider and a rider that protects “heavily loaned” policies against lapsation, Nationwide says.
