A Tucson, Ariz., health saving account program administrator has recruited an executive who once worked for a large payment card company.[@@]

The administrator, HealthEquity Inc., has hired Michael Fontana to be vice president for corporate development.

Fontana has been a vice president for health care, insurance and charities at MasterCard International, Purchase, N.Y. While at MasterCard, Fontana helped sell payment network services to companies involved in the personal health account market.
